WHO ARE WE?
CONSENT IS is a public art campaign by
women peer workers. We aim to spur public
dialogue and enact a world with consent.
Problems of gender-based violence affect people differently. Stigma & discrimination, lack of personal and public safety, and cycles of victimization are problems of consent for people who are marginalized.
Together we can address problems of
gender-based violence and work towards a world with consent. Every person can be part of the conversation.
Respect each person’s dignity and welcome their differences.
Don't categorize or label. Promote human decency & equity.
Believe in each other.
Respect my wishes; I have the right to change my mind.
Honour and support my strengths.
Meet me where I'm at.
Believe, trust, and support me.
